Service Rates

Individual, Couple or Family Session – 50 minutes :    $125

First Session (Intake) – 50 minutes :  $150 (Individual) & $200 (Couples)

Online Counseling Sessions (Telephone or Skype) – 50 minutes : $125

Group Therapy – 6 to 8 participants – 2 hour session :   $75 per person
 

Insurance

  

At this time, Dr. Staik does not participate in any insurance plan. All clients are self-pay. However, many insurance plans provide "out of network" benefits that may reimburse you to varying degrees. Please consult the Member Benefits section of your insurance plan, and see the "Common Questions" page on this website for more details.  

Payment  

Only cash or checks are accepted for payment at the office of Mental Health Resources. For office appointments, all payments are made at the time of service and will not be billed.  

Cancellation Policy  

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or have not notified us at least 24 work-hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% of the full cost of the session. Insurance companies do not reimburse for cancellation fees.

Place of service

Family, couples and individual therapy sessions are provided at Mental Health Resources at 412 Chatham Square Office Park in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Group therapy, presentations and workshops can be scheduled on or off site upon request.
