Service Rates
Individual, Couple or Family Therapy Session – 50 minute session $90
First Therapy Session (Intake) – 50 minute session $112
First Therapy Session (Intake) – 50 minute session $112
Group Therapy –6 to 8 participants - 2 hour session $70 per person
Insurance
At this time, only taking new clients that self-pay. Most clients have an option to file own claim for insurance benefits, however. See "Common Questions" for more details.
Payment
Only cash or checks are accepted for payment at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, or have not notified us at least 24 work-hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% of the full cost of the session. Insurance companies do not reimburse for cancellation fees.
Place of service
Family, couples and individual therapy sessions are provided at Mental Health Resources at 412 Chatham Square Office Park in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Group therapy can be scheduled on or off site upon request.
